If the Brooks rumours are true, I hope we are talking to the management of this year's star U19 halfback Jonah Pezet, contracted to the Storm until end of 2023. Won't be getting a look in at the Storm any time soon. May be we can offer Storm a sweetener such as Jake Simpkin as the backup to Harry Grant.

Yeah assuming Brooks is gone, he's the type of player Benji should be going to meet and letting him know he's our top priority.

These kinds of players would have looked up to Benji and we've shown that they're a priority it would be hard to turn down. Basically the way Melbourne lured Papenhuyzen away from us.

Clearing out some shit. Pretty good effort so far but need to replace them with reasonable quality players though.

Honestly thought we would be stuck with Musgrove and Liddle until they lapsed. Hopefully Brooks not far behind if Newcastle will pick up most of the tab.
