Woods probably arriving 2023 due to Newcastle not releasing klemmer due to Tigers not releasing Brooks

Second hand (and about a week old) info so perhaps should not be taken as fact.
Klemmer release independent of Brooks. Klemmer assessing other offers and his preference is another Sydney club who are offering similar money as Tigers are for 24 and 25. They however at this stage will not pay full freight for Klemmer for 23 whereas Tigers will. Knights will not grant Klemmer release unless new club takes the whole of the contract.
Negotiations on going but the likely outcome will be Klemmer will see out his contract at Newcastle before moving on at the end of 23.
2nd most likely will be other club moves on a player and ups their offer for 23 to secure Klemmer.
And least likely Klemmer is here in 23.

Bateman won’t play 13 as it leaves us short in the backrow. If Bateman is coming he’ll be on the edge Papali’I on the other and Hastings 13. Newcastle don’t want Klemmer so really we shouldn’t have to give up someone for him.

If you can't get those guys then get someone else. Give a gun junior a 3rd party contract.

Why waste extra money on a player who is barely a first grader and screwed the club over ? It's stupid.

If we had a cash office to reimburse receipts we would be doing even better. If we used third party deals on players we would be even better off....

No it's not Newcastle that is the problem for us, it's Klemmer looking elsewhere. Adding Hastings or Brooks into the mix doesn't change anything

Lol, Newcastle would have to ask and negotiate the terms of a release. If there serious about signing him they won't just be sitting around waiting and hoping, they'd be forcing it

I think I was just confused by Earls verbiage. I know what a TPA is.
