So they sign Young last week Leinu this week , yet I don’t see that they have released anyone , the NRL r a joke , because they will not say a thing about the roooters signing players for less money than they could have got else where

Dunno. Angus Crichton may never play again if the rumours are true and I think he only signed a one year extension. That's a fair chunk of coin freed up for 2024

He is a gun and thought we should’ve targeted him well over Staines.

Have been talking him up so bet if he comes will be the king of reggies and flop of firsts

Panthers junior system.
Can cover Fullback / Center / Winger.
Makes 200mtrs a game with ease - had 3 games of over 400mtrs as well, fast & athletic.
Ball skills are so so but more an athletic line runner style.

I would only view him as a fullback option.

He is rated alot at the Panthers but has Edwards infront of him, would be surprised if he leaves with Crichton moving on unless he doesn’t want to play center & views himself as a fullback only.

I've decided it's better to rubbish the players and then they prove me wrong. It's better than praising them and they are duds.

Wakeham played well in the second trial in a decent team.Id have him on the bench instead of simpkin.Im sure wakeham could cover dummy half for 15 or20 minutes which is al Api will need

Turuva is a gun. Centre or Fullback, strong and fast would already have 20+ games of NRL if he wasn't playing for the Panthers, really good pick up if true.
Means we would have signed every backup fullback for the panthers over the last 3 year haha.
Really thought he would have been ear-marked to take Stephen Crichton's spot for '24

He’s ok. I’ll give him credit he was a lot better in the Raiders trial. But he’s not gonna be a top 3 Hooker let alone top 5. Top 10 possibly. I wouldn’t personally put Simpkin over Wakeham for a dummy half/utility role, but I’m not in charge of the club so got no idea what Sheens/Benji think of him.
