He’s in that unfortunate position where he’s too good at this level but can’t quite consistently play at nrl level

Hopefully he gets a proper crack when brooks is out for origin

I don't reckon that is true at this point in time. Seeing as he is on a development contract, if he already signed elsewhere for 2024 and beyond, we wouldn't bother continuing to develop him and then let him go a year later. We would release him and put other players in his place. Particularly as it is the beginning of the year. Potentially as the season progresses and if he doesn't have a contract for 2024 he may move. But at this point...he is a Tiger/Magpie!
