TEAM LIST Round 6 vs. Eels

Team List
We have a chance vs Parra not a huge chance but a chance
Parra very strong positions 1, 6 & 7 compared to us however the parra centers this week I see as à possible weakness and we could exploit but alas our centers / wingers are not any great shakes either .
Maybe 1-5 both teams cancel each other out but we have Douehi and Brooks up against Brown and Moses and think we lose that one .
Both teams have impressive packs

Similar roster lol, the knights have 5 origin players + guys like Dom Young, Bradman Best, Lachie Miller who walk into our side.

This forum seriously needs to ban the Hastings talk, it’s pointless and boring. Go buy a knights membership if you miss him so much, just get ready to have to buy a Titans one in the next 18 months.

They're quite hot and cold at the moment... If they're down a few % and we're up few %... Well, who knows.
We'll win a game some time soon... Probably when we least expect it

It appears the word Accountability does not apply to certain players.

Sorry but I hope the Eels smash WT to continue to put pressure on the board and coaches to maybe decide if they can continue to hold their positions.

I wish we hired Shane Flanagan as coach. Sheens is a legend but should be put out to pasture now. we passed his used by date. His comments about the bye were to me the last straw.

I am sure the majority of us will watch the game because we are all supporters of the club despite what the chairman calls us (I have more than a few thoughts on him and the terrible job he is doing).Pawwa are playing poorly and last year we beat them with a much worse side so a win is quite possible despite having 2 poor halves and a coaching structure that is bereft of ideas and accountability.
As i warned last year when some people were having orgasms over Sheeens returning "Be careful what you wish for because you just might get it" sadly we did get it

Klemmer last played origin when Cooper Cronk was playing. Saying Doueihi, Twal and Nofa are internationals is beyond laughable, I may aswell include Jack Johns if that’s where we’re going.

The guy has gone! You may aswell lament over Tedesco or Moses leaving, at least they are decent players worth fangirling over.

Sheens passed his use by date in 2012,the rest of the NRL realised it then and the ESL not long after. However WT management are so useless they decided to bring him back a decade later.It is appalling that these people are deciding the fate of the club

You can’t pick and choose your narrative.
You are obviously one who can’t see past his blind obsessions.
Keeping Brooks on has torpedoed another season.
If you can’t see that, you don’t know football.
 
I know a lot of people have mentioned trying Jake Simpkin at 7 but what about playing him as a lock? He could be that ball playing lock and give brooks and douhli abit more time sort of like what Hastings was doing ? He defends in the middle anyways he’s got a decent running game and a decent passing game, I know he’s abit small for a lock but it could be worth a shot? I know it wouldn’t happen because sheens has a mind of his own but figured I’d see what every one thought

What am I picking and choosing? You’re the one Saying that having an International for Lebanon is the same as having an Origin player.

Where have I ever said I like Brooks? Brooks sucks, get rid of him yesterday. It’s possible to not rate Brooks or Hastings and think neither make any difference to this team.

It’s completely pointless the continual crying over Hastings. There wasn’t this much out pouring over Tedesco FFS.

I agree we'd be better with Hastings here on the park but the comments about us winning games if we just swapped him and Brooks is moronic. The proof is last year.

Not saying he was our saviour, but we did look a lot better with him on the park at half, from memory we had that controversial last second loss to the Cowboys then a few wins in a row, then he got injured and we collapsed in a heap.

Also we didn't have Klemmer, Api etc, I think our squad was a lot weaker compared to this year.
