If we’re talking a pie eating comp I’d want Shuster. I’m conflicted if it’s 5/8th. Some major red flags as many have highlighted but the X factor side is appealing. Wonder how many tries he’d let in through lack of effort vs tries created?

Is he the answer at 6 or 7 for us? Hed probably command and expect 400k plus to leave the Dogs, we can't pay that for a 14.
I rate him, been a while since he played in the halves though.

Minimum wage is 150k - Even then, That's only for a certain amount of squad members
(And they're usually the ones that don't play NRL)
Avarillo is not the 'answer' in any position (Isn't that the topic related to these comments)?

I'd rather have a player that has a few more dimensions to him than Simpkin on the Bench....
(We're carrying a Hooker AND a Back atm - Player like Avarillo could do both)

Be surprised if Simpkin and Talau aren't on that money or there abouts...

My guess is a bloke who's 'Lost 15kgs' doesn't get dropped to improve his fitness....
(Unless it's not quite true, Or he quickly found it)
I haven't heard anyone mention it this year - If a bloke at 105-110kg loses 15kg, It would stand out like dogs nuts.

He's been called out left, right and centre..... And doesn't care it seems.
Joey spoke on talking to him last week, DCE has called him out....
Everyone wants him to make good but him by the looks of it,

I really want to see Laurie at 5/8th

I know he’s on the outer but he would offer much more in attach than wakeham in my opinion.

And what do we have to lose?

Just carry him in the bench and give him half a game if we’re not going well.

I kind of want wakeham to get injured or suspended and hope that they throw him in there.

He follows everything up, has a great passing game, is elusive… etc

Even Gus said he’s a 5/8th

I think that one win had the coaching staff thinking were back on track.

We still can’t score points!

Hope I’m wrong and we win a few more games but I just can’t see brooks and wakeham creating many points for us
 
Schuster reminds me of Suli when he was here, very talented but with an obvious attitude problem and is getting paid far too much.I would avoid him at all costs because until he gets his head out of his arse he will not change.He needs someone who is strict like Bellamy to change him and that certainly is nobody here

It is pretty clear Lauire is not in the clubs plans, poor attitude. Liking Cobbo’s try on instagram I reckon was his last strike

Not sure he's dropped, he's injured. Calf injury early now a quad injury.

Sure he's probably a bit lazy and maybe not rehabbing like a seasoned pro.
He's also young and has talent oozing of which we lack in spades.

Also hasn't played since "been called out"

Rather give him 800k then AD as there is so much more upside


ps. last year everyone was orgasming to get him here. Had a injury affected year and a few bad games and all of a sudden considered cancer.

He would get fit real quick with Bellache.
