We need an organising halfback.
That is the focus not flashy guys who play well sporadically.
Coaches / trainers out parra way are really feral like thatClassy adults giving it to a 18 yr old kid
Moses does those kicks behind the defence all the time and gets 4-6 points or a line drop out.Unwanted? You’re joking right?
He kicks a 40/20 and a deft grubber for a try assist in the first 3min and for good measure he nails another 40/20 to start off the 2nd half, inflicting the biggest loss against the Panthers this season.
No other half has done that.
Sheens is big on succession planning and at his age he is the 7 he should keep while the youngsters are working towards taking his jersey.
One good game in a year doesn't make a career. Why hasn't Brooks even attempted a 40/20 in the past year? Why do 99% of his kicks either go dead or hit the legs of defenders? If he can kick consistently well for the next few months then, and only then, can Brooks even be considered for a contract extensionUnwanted? You’re joking right?

Played both Union and League at school and beyond. You will be surprised by how many grubs are involved in junior league. Doesn't surprise me at all that kids were being sledged.
I know it wouldn't happen but Joel Caine yesterday mentioned with Matty Johns, Robinson should look at loaning out Sam Walker to wests tigers, saying he would get better experience in nrl rather than reserve grade and Sheens would like that style of halfback.
I wouldn't say no to a loan deal for rest of 2023
7. Walker
6. Brooks
Anything to getrid of Momirovski was a good move - as was giving our young players an opportunity to play with a developing elite player and hopefully learn something...Developing Harry Grant for storm was another dumb football decision imo.
My guess is the coaches have mistakenly tried to shield him from his critics. Perhaps the same reason Api didn’t give him that kick at goal? But he appears to be injury free now and Benji probably told him for the first time this season he’s the general out there. One good game in a year doesn't make a career. He played great last week. But he played dreadful every other game for the past 4 years priorUnwanted? You’re joking right?

I really don’t know, all I know is he’s been getting better each game this season after a long layoff and with no preseason with new teammates.
Alex Conti, pending we keep him, is the long term halfback and heir to Scott Prince's throne.Galvin wasn't great in the Parra semi but was probably the best five-eighth in SG Ball this year, so would probably have him somewhere in the top three or four.
Would have Feledy somewhere too and I'm more of a Sukkar fan than most.
Ali Karnib is an outstanding wing/centre prospect too.
Regarding halfbacks, I agree though, not 100% sure if there's a clear-cut, guaranteed future NRL #7 already there in the system, although Conti seems to be the one with the most promise.
Would need to see more of Oliver Lawry (who's just returning from injury now) to get more of a read on his future potential but the club rates him highly (did a few sessions with NRL over pre-season).

Yes he did, kicked 2 in that game against panthers, but what else did he do in previous 9 years?Unwanted? You’re joking right?
