Saw naden and Feledy running in opposed section yesterday. Dont think they will be playing in firsts this week. Api was not training, but suspect they’re resting him. Interesting that Nofa was very vocal defensively tell people were to be, much more than Bula and Tupou. One of the players went down with a ankle sprain I think, possible it was seyfarth. Interesting to see today’s list.

Yeah, that was why I compared him to other youngster debuts such as an 18yo Simpkin earlier, as it is a lot different when part of a pack that is rarely dominated.

Yeah I think it's more of an acknowledgement that Simpkin is not match fit enough, and he'll need to be without Api.

Reading posts from regular viewers of lower grade games it seems the contention on Atasi is that his D isn’t up to NRL (seemingly the problem for all the younger ones that have been considered). Probably why Seyfarth is still getting a bench spot.
As for trying Pole on the edge - maybe possible, i do like him in the prop rotation, along with Uto, Klem & Twal, bringing a bit of aggro and impact off the bench. Shame Blore isn’t doing the job so we can allow Bateman to move to lock.
