If he signed with the Tigers it would have been on a not so cheap $1.1MDoesn’t Adam Reynolds at $800k per year look cheap now. I expect he would have preferred to stay local and sign with the Tigers instead of going to Brissie.

Still worth it tbhIf he signed with the Tigers it would have been on a not so cheap $1.1M
Actually Reynolds would smash it behind our pack, he would actually put our back rowers into holes and our backs would actually get clean early ball .....And Reynos game has been built on maximising opportunities for the many stars in his team. He rarely runs the ball and kicks teams to death. Without the star power at Wests, I think he’d probably already be retired if he came here.
No argument there.I think everyone accepts he has played ‘well’ over the past 4-6 weeks, but has still not reached the level or consistency of Munster, Hughes, DCE, Hunt, Reynolds or Moses etc nor shown the ability these players have of playing what’s in front of them. Additionally managing the team around the field is just something that is not in his game.
8. Stefano Utoikamno“I call him a good mate. We've known each other for a long time and especially more when we were at the Dragons together - it is tempting (to work with Marshall) if the opportunity came. The option is potentially there”.
- Tyson Frizell on Benji (DT)
Go for it Tigers, make a decent play. I would have him at the Tigers any day.

I watched him in an u/17s game in Penrith juniors. He was by far the best forward on the field (his opposition St.Marys) where stacked with junior reps. He owned them all game, he then had a massive brain explosion and got sent off in the last 5 minutes. He offered the players and some of their dads out to the car park, not one person took him on. Moral of the story is he has always been super talented but always been a lose cannon. I was so impressed and then so disappointed all in the same gameMore re-writing of history,…
He was the best young prop around at the time and was poached from a struggling penrith to the best team at the Storm.
yea, he would go well behind our pack.Actually Reynolds would smash it behind our pack, he would actually put our back rowers into holes and our backs would actually get clean early ball .....
Agree. The reputation of the club suffers every time we miss out on a good player. Every effort should be made to complete a deal before anybody outside knows about it. The complicating factor is the shonky player managers who use the media to bump up the asking price. Maybe Fulton is an improvement as there’s certainly no noise at the moment.
This aged well.People blaming the best halfback in the last decade for Walker playing reserves....
He's in reserves because he's been worked out - The fact the most successful coach in the last decade is playing the likes of Drew Hutchison over him tells me all I need to know.
SPOT ON!!
People think because Townsend has a mouth - That makes him a quality player....
Trading him for Brooks is a totally WT's thing to do...
People pining for the Chad here - Just don't watch him, or know anything about Footy...
The same experts that said Brooks wouldn't get another contract in the NRL - Took 2 days for him to be linked to another club - A top 4 Club at that - Full of Origin Players.....
By last years coach of the year...
Imagine that.
Respectfully disagree. If we had Wayne and offered Reynolds the 3 years on around 1 mil he’d sign I reckon. He already has his premiership ring, leaving and being more a leader next to Wayne would’ve got it done.RE Reynolds...
That horrid realisation that if we had a coach that had a relationship working with him we could have landed him...
yea/nah. Brisbane has a track record of success. Madge would not have brought Reynolds across or if he did it would be crazy overs. Min what we offered Moses 1.4M
Get you’re facts right mate.If Pascoe didn't bungle Wayne Bennett actually agreeing to Coach us in 2020, we would have Adam Reynolds, likely would've landed The Fox and Latrell. But but but but he's good at the financial side of things. 🤪🤪🤪🤪
"upgraded" our recruitment guy????He’s already said no to us, but that was before we ‘upgraded’ our recruitment guy.
Train wreck???Respectfully disagree. If we had Wayne and offered Reynolds the 3 years on around 1 mil he’d sign I reckon. He already has his premiership ring, leaving and being more a leader next to Wayne would’ve got it done.
Let’s not forget Brisbane back then weren’t Brisbane right now…. they were a train wreck.
He was very vocal about wanting to remain in Sydney as he’s very tight with his family and kids who were brought up in Sydney. He was set to go Cronulla then they choose Hynes instead.
It’s the reason he’s been equally vocal about how much he loves Brisbane and how he was wrong and would look at staying long term.
No - because it just didn't happen!!Get you’re facts right mate.
Pascoe did not bungle anything there.
