The only positive out of last night (and I haven’t watched WT for last 6 weeks) is that it will make it clear to Sheens and Benji that they should butt out and leave Fulton to do his job as he is at present our only hope to get some reasonable cattle. For me Recruiting him has been one of the very few wins for the club but of course ally time will tell.

WT recruitment and retention has been a disaster and I shake my head when I think what some of the grand past players from our two clubs would be thinking about the situation the rebadged club are in today.

It's been shared on the forum that they (Benji) have to green light potential signings, someone posted this in re: the recruitment panel and process.

JMO but the club's organisational hierarchical structures are all wrong. The chain of command is too long and there's no middle man who can delegate and define roles clearly for football department. To measure and maintain performance standards, effectively placing accountability on right persons.

Lomax is a genuine first grade centre. He was on the verge of SOO a few years ago. He's had a personal issue and I believe a change of club would be good for him.

You probably answered your own question with the last sentence. If we can pick him up at a reasonable rate that would be a good outcome for us.
