We just can’t replicate, at least at the moment, the only alternative proposal we’ve heard is Mr Wiggle wanting to flick Wests and resurrect the Balmain Tigers, well they won’t work either.

1. As is
2. Replace the board( I have no idea how we do that) and bring in a new, dynamic team
3. Relocation to C Coast/ Perth etc
4. Someone or a group capable of buying out the existing ownership group, like Crowe did, eg Elias’ proposal or similar that was shut down.

So you don’t think it’s appropriate for the Chairman to show his face, and hose down some of the rubbish that is being thrown around..
I would imagine if he didn’t say anything you would be one of the first to cry out where’s Lee through all of this.
I thinks it most appropriate to give our side of the story and applaud him for it. That’s not to say I’m a fan of his and I’d be the first to say I think we need some new blood for the Chairman and the CEO.
But on this imo he’s doing exactly what he needs to do.
