Yes the person who needs to go is Lee , he is a big mouth clown who bought his way in to his position , Board needs to start stepping up

I can't stand Benny Elias, but he did make a great point on 360. The major sponsor should never be on the board let alone the chair of it. If he does or wants something stupid the board are hamstrung to stop him because he's throwing money at the joint

SEN reporting this morning that Charlie Staines will be off to Parramatta next week. Via Vossy and Carryianis (?).

When we were playing without any spark in the beginning of the season he was the one with Tupou who looked most likely

Losing a few duds like Talau & Laurie.
Then also losing a promising option like Staines.

Stuck with proven ordinary players like AJ & Naden.

Then we got Nofo, plays like he's got one foot out the door.
Inconsistent Toa.
And Tupou, who is struggling.
No real clear better options coming through that are genuine first grade ready.

... Staines was on a 1 year big money deal apparently.

Hopefully there's a plan & we're looking to make some massive upgrades because we're looking thin.

Only ones I'd keep are Bula, Toa, Tupou, Staines and Douhi the rest should have already been put on ebay

That's a shame, he is good for the club. If he is going this year, perhaps the club is attempting to make space available in the Top 30?

We threw him a lifeline, got him out of reserve grade, looked after him for most of the year with injury…I thought he’d try and repay us?

Will have no effect, if the 4 million over four years for both is true then it’s not that much . Bula will get a good up grade as he should , as should pole . As we have said on here many times we need to pay overs to get them here , maybe this we bring more in

A lot of the good juniors coming through (Da Silva etc.) are managed by Mario Tartak who also manages the Fainu brothers.

AD should not be on that list unless you are thinking of keeping him as a centre.

I'd give him 2 years as a utility back

Do we still have cap from this year ? Can you pay a player who is not at the club yet with cap you have not spent yet ?

If the club is smart Bula will be extended and upgraded next year to a comparable deal

I like an earlier suggestion about Hayze Perham. He looks an out and out winger who did a decent job at fullback. I think he could do a good job on the wing.


If we get Holbrook we need to enquire about Sami and JoJo. See if one wants to follow.

With Fainu locked in, it's important to sign TMM as insurance just in case Latu isn't quite ready for regular NRL.

As you are new around here, please be aware that apart from Klemmer and Bateman amongst others since adding the coaching hat, Sheens signed both Papali'i and Koroisau as his fist major gets.

It probably is made up, but could have some legs given Parra is looking for a fullback so they can move Gutho. I'm sure Staines would like to play FB as opposed to wing and he's not doing that here now with Bula. I do hope he stays with us though.

He can’t be pleased that we are bringing in a greenhorn prop on 500, considering he played origin this year.
