Bulldogs Coach.

Notice what happened at the Dogs?

Gould fired almost all fitness and training people. The bulldogs were actually a team with Grit, no recruitment but grit.

Now the Dogs have Burton, JAC and a few other big names. That's all. They are missing that club Culture with a rookie coach who has walked in on a massive NRL mess.

The more I look at our club the more I go "were missing Culture" an attitude to train at your 100% best. The centre of excellence is a start, but we need the right people to work it. Nathan Cayless I was hoping would be the right person, yet we were soft last year and I don't know why?

He did coach briefly a year or two before and I remember MG saying he had the goods.

Which I think highlights the Coaching prediciment. It's easy to do small things right. It's very hard to get most things right.

I suspect Ciraldo is having trouble managing Gould.
 
Bulldogs have won 4 more games (equal to last and this years tally) and are going better than us on the ladder last time checked even with their significant injury toll & Gus controlling ways.

Wouldn’t judge Ciraldo until 3-4yrs into his tenure. His squad and ways of running things set in place. Doubt by then they will be bottom 3 team.

Cause we let our players leave training at 3pm so they can do kiss n ride, whereas the Storm train till 8pm
 
Bulldogs can afford to be in top 8 next year. Is it 2 or 3 representative players signed on already for 2024 plus extra curriculum numbers. They would of have Tino if Holbrook signed. Tino to Roosters now. How many international players signed for Roosters in 2024. 2 or 3?

Doubt Ciraldo will be a head coach in 3/4 years I think he will go way of the Barrett

I heard the same thing when they signed Woods. They were way too good of a club to be down the bottom of the table. 6 years later they are still floundering
