Fullback/centre/five-eighth.so why is he coming to us?
What Position does he play and what grade next year?
He’s 19 next year, so he’ll probably start in SG Ball.

I’m with king_sirroI know they are different positions and we are well stacked for middles, but I would let Ice go in a heartbeat to get AFB. He is the best front rower in the game IMO, at least equal to Haas and Fisher Harris
We signed him a year ago. Probably a centre, maybe a year or two off NRL.so why is he coming to us?

Tyran only played for about a dozen clubs during his career so Im surprised at these shenanigansFonua-Blake was granted a release from his deal at Manly at the end of 2020 to join the Warriors on compassionate grounds after requesting a release to leave Sydney.
Don't forget this is just history repeating....
Tyran played the same card at Manly for his move to NZ after having a deal done with the Warriors - and then using another client to agitate for a release to join Manly to replace AFB on another pre-arranged deal!
Yep - our own Josh Aloiai (knowing the Tigers would cave to his demands - especially after Lee's imbecilic lawn mowing statement)!
Which of his clients does he have lined up to dump their current club for NZ to leverage the Warriors release of AFB to whichever Sydney club he has already done a deal with is the real question?
Ice did get better slowly but he wasn’t the same like he was in 2021 and 22. However, having poor halves all year certainly didn’t help him and the team overall so I can’t exactly blame him for not producing like he did at Parra. If our halves perform next year I think Ice and others will improve easily. Thanks @2041 - I do disagree with the analysis though (with full acknowledgement that you are not the author/analyst)
There are intangibles that are not reflected in "output" statistics that reflect the value of the $600K contract - especially when setting standards for a very young playing group.
Despite not being at his best and having a slow start to the season - I believe we are getting value for money with Isaiah!
I’m with king_sirro
Papalii is a choad
Papalii is a definitely a good player, but struggled last season. Would gladly swap him for AFB, especially if Olakau'atu signed up.I’m with king_sirro

100% correctTyran only played for about a dozen clubs during his career so Im surprised at these shenanigans
Problem is AFB is a done deal at whatever club he will be released to!I know they are different positions and we are well stacked for middles, but I would let Ice go in a heartbeat to get AFB. He is the best front rower in the game IMO, at least equal to Haas and Fisher Harris
100% correct
He held the record for clubs he played at for a while - but fair to say he was a thorough professional at all the clubs he played for.
After making his debut as a lanky winger turned back-rower with ratty dreadlocks at Souths (in a team full of "colourful identities") - I can'r blame him for not being loyal to that slum of a club.
Played some of his best footy at Balmain and Wests Tigers though.
But has zero time for our front office as a manager.

cried under payed as a player, would pick up a pen and correct the world (manage),didnt start well, had a stint with Rose(George n co) promotions ,way backTyran only played for about a dozen clubs during his career so Im surprised at these shenanigans
The offer was tendered to Haumole's manager while he is in the UK.....Papalii is a definitely a good player, but struggled last season. Would gladly swap him for AFB, especially if Olakau'atu signed up.
I have no inside info, but think there could be something brewing with Olakau'atu. It seems very strange that he was offered a 7 year, 850k a season deal by Manly and he still hasnt accepted it. That type of money is life changing for anyone, let alone a kid who grew up poor in Western Sydney.
Yep - we only get his development players at bestNo WT players on the company website
We signed him a year ago. Probably a centre, maybe a year or two off NRL.
surely there's no doubt justin can headhunt in silenceProblem is AFB is a done deal at whatever club he will be released to!
Last time they played this crap at Manly - he was announced for the Warriors on a record amount within 24 hours of the release!
This is already a done deal - and Pascoe is out of town on his quarterly holiday so it is not with us!!
He is married to Anthony Mundine's sister Kellie - so the underpaid/undervalued mentality is strong with this one...cried under payed as a player, would pick up a pen and correct the world (manage),didnt start well, had a stint with Rose(George n co) promotions ,way back
In SG wests squad next swasonYeah recall that signed him but let him stay home to complete his schooling and play grade from wherever he was from. Smart move from us which at the time was surprising.
his old man was an original WT player wasnt he?Jason Lowrie? He is married to Anthony Mundine's sister Kellie - so the underpaid/undervalued mentality is strong with this one...
