India will win. Cummings will crack. Almost did last night. Hazelbrook was best bowler with 8 overs. What happened to his last 2 overs? Why was he preferred over Zampa?

India will win the toss as well.

Biggest concern for me is how Smith and Labuchagne seem like they could get out every second ball .
Other Concern is Zampa ? When the Sth African spinners can turn the ball 4-6 degrees and even Head 4 degrees and Zampa minimal turn and when he's attacked he loses his length
To beat India we need all 11 to have a good game
Capt Pat -Do your sums . Hazelwood 8 overs 2-12 ???

I don’t think Hazo being left on 8 was a mathematical error. I think Pat thought bowling Zampa was a good idea, and that is an even bigger concern. Math can be taught, game smarts are learnt on the job.
We got a team with some form issues here and there but we’ve also got a team of guns that if just one of them fire they can win a game single handed and we have players who have been there before.
The last 7 games has also shown we can win from anywhere.
I’m confident about our chances, India should win but the pressure is all on them.
Go Oz!!!
Ps: Patty needs to practice his two-up over the next few days.

India will win the toss 100%

Wicket will be rock hard where seamers land the ball and unwatered last 3m at each end and India will have spinners with huge turn . Zampa please get some revs and match them .
ATM Head is turning the ball more .Wrist spinners like Zampa should get more turn than finger spinners
We need to bat first !

India are the second biggest chokers in cricket. Ask any Indian they’ll try and deny it but you watch them squirm when you mention Sri Lankan 1999, 98-1 to 120-8, 2003 WC against Oz (Warney sent home for drug cheating), they expected to win and then there are all these:
ICC T20 World Cup 2014 Final - Lost against Sri Lanka
ICC ODI World Cup 2015 Semi-Final - Lost against Australia
ICC T20 World Cup 2016 Sem-Final - Lost against West Indies
ICC Champions Trophy 2017 Final - Lost against Pakistan
ICC ODI World Cup 2019 Semi-Final - Lost against New Zealand
ICC Test Championship 2021 - Lost against New Zealand
ICC T20 World Cup 2022 Semi-Final - Lost against England

And just to get in the mood for tonight's win over the Indians, here's a bit of fielding inspiration from one of the best:

John Dyson is probably best remembered for his "catch of the century" at the SCG, West Indies v Australia, 5 January 1982 when he caught Sylvester Clarke (RIP) in the outfield, over his head, at a 45-degree angle to the ground, running backwards.

As much as I’d love to see the Aussies win tonight, I think they’ve already had a very good year results wise and making this final has been a great effort.
Hopefully they can put a full team performance in and really compete because this Indian side is red hot. Looking forward to this game.
