These older jerseys are loose.
So I'd keep that in mind when purchasing.

I have found majority of the NRL jerseys are tight around the neck... including these V neck ones, sadly.

Just as a matter of interest Demps, what is the sizing like on that jersey?

Could you compare it to say an ISC jersey for instance sizing wise?

I think ISC were fairly consistent with their sizing over the years and I could be wrong but I had the impression that Steeden, with their jerseys started off with smaller than usual sizing and then started making the jerseys a bit bigger, I could be wrong with that observation but that is the impression I have got.

The only X blades jersey I can find in our collection is a size "S" that my son had when he was younger but I can't use that to judge for sizing because I definitely don't fit in it.

It's not true to size at all.

2X fits like a 3X imo.

The newer jerseys like the steeden ones are a quite smaller make, imo

I've had that DVD for 18 years... Watched probably twice if that... Might dig it out tomorrow

I thought it was his debut when he did his knee v sharks at the 8th wonder

Yeah - his NRL debut was there…
Saw that as well.

But at the Cambo trial that year in that jersey was his first run in Grade for mine…
he’d come through ball and had a few games in 20’s the year before maybe,
but wasn’t as well know as some as the other kids that age… (was also over 10 years ago just before 20’s blew up and started breeding rock stars)

Watching that trial at Cambo and it was like - holy hell… so special that kid - remember it like it was yesterday.

I was at the sharks game and remember the hype around the kid. Very disappointing.

Not exactly merch, but kind of, Underground Spirits from Canberra have teamed up with Wests Tigers, Parramatta Eels and Penrith Panthers to launch a series of spirits.

They have some award winning spirits, and generally have beautiful artwork on their labels, however sadly the WT curse has hit our Gin's bottle and we have a boring logo printed on rather than the panthers who've gone black panther style with a beautiful look to their caramel vodka.

How they managed to distil the taste of tears and pain into a spirit i'll never know.
