Why wouldn’t there be a herd mentality when one of our most experienced, supposed “role models” not only refuses to train but calls in the union to back him.
We have come down the absolute shittiest road in the past decade, which has culminated in our past 2 disgraceful seasons as LAST in the comp.
Just when we need our senior guys to show the way, as they do at most other clubs, what do we get, a whining winging cur who, as usual, is only about him.
Nofa, ever heard of rolling your sleeves up and getting on with it, turn your fitness around and give of your absolute best. Showing the way !
Only one way to remove a clot or a cancer , cut it out.
Take your petty selfish attitude Nofa and piss off. Your Tiger time is over IMO.

If his agenda is to punt perineal losers like Noffa, agend away Benji!!! Don’t stop angending until all the noff’s aregone.
Noffa has been shit for longer than I can remember. Pick a page in this thread in the early teens and you’ll see people were against him getting an extension. Since that time he’s been dropped, punted to Melb, shopped around and if he happens to sneak in FG, generally abysmal. The sooner he’s a bad memory the better.

Sorry to say but there is almost nothing constructive about anything being said. It’s just a big pile on, on an already highly unpopular player. No one knows the real story, just have automatically taken the contrary position to the guy because it’s him. Ain’t no way would this level of vitriol be aimed at any other player. And of course Benji is automatically being hailed the hero here because he’s smack bang in the middle of his honeymoon period. It’s such poor form that most of you are letting your emotions rule your opinion on this matter.

I get you probably get some kick from being contrary and I’m the last person to kink shame but my mans, have a think about what you’re saying and what corner of the internet your trolling. If people are “piling” on nofa, it’s probably cause he’s shit and adds little value to the club we support. It’s not a conspiracy. It’s not that everyone got together and organized a targeted hate campaign.

Well I’m certainly not lauding Benji as a hero.
I am basing my comments/opinions on the facts as reported, and if correct, show Nofa as not the sort of player I’d want to coach nor play with.
If there is another side to the story I’ll happily react accordingly.
And lets not forget that Benji hasn’t really achieved anything so far, the time for a review of his actions will come down the track.

Do I know if he is refusing to train? Nope.
Do I know if Benji is railroading him? Nope!
Do I know he’s an expensive failure that has a (known) history of off field dramas? YES!
Has he shown that he is a liability on the field if he happens to scrape into FG? YeSssss
Who cares how they get rid of him. What’s it matter? As long as he’s gone. If they can get him on breach of contract all the better! Get some of that wasted investment back!
Yep saw that and spoke to Nofa. If a complaint is made by a player about ill treatment it stands to reason that the players association would have a duty of care for ensuring that the entire playing group were aware of what is appropriate in terms of acceptable training standards and what is not. Too much of a coincidence that they just turned up today when he was due back at training after lodging a complaint. My read only - but that's the way I see it.

I reckon you’d be hard pressed to find one poster who “hates” Noffa as a person. I certainly don’t. He’s a below standard NRL player that plays for the team I support. I want good players so my team wins. Not sure what’s confusing about that concept?

Yes. And if Noffo was stretching credibility with his claim of mistreatment, the RLPA visit will underline that nicely with the rest of the squad. If not, let the management/player rift begin.
