I'm glad we didn't just find one or two scapegoats to point the finger at, then leave 80% of the problems in tact.

A great move to clean it all out and start fresh.

Having a respected administrator like Richardson on board will go a long way to helping us improve as a club. Not sure of the O'Farrell obsession though....maybe it's more to attract sponsorship dollars through connections?

Finally! We're free. Free from dinosaurs. Free from hat sales. Free from a self promoting fedora wearer. Free from the bad taste of a plethora of poor coach and player signing decisions. Free from Wests v Balmain. Free from 20 odd years of inept decision making.

This is it kids, we're finally on our way up!

Let's hope we have some independent appointments that are not aligned with Wests or Balmain...I think this has held us back for way too long.

Good call and I hope the future can only get better. TBH I had no probs with Hagi on the Board my problem was his role of chairman and major sponsor- as a independent director and major sponsor, no issue, as Chair and major sponsor a huge conflict of interest. I think it was wilful blindness on not seeing that. As for Pascoe he has been there long enough, good job with the finances but there is more to being CEO than that and I think he failed at providing a strong 'backroom' to complement football ops. Anyway, ONWARDS AND UPWARDS. GO WESTS TIGERS.

The game had passed him by and thinking he could still do it did not do him or us any favours.Many people on here knew that before he came back,however management believed they knew better and were proven wrong as Tim got us 2 spoons in a row.Management have now paid for their collective folly
