1 opener out in 1st over - tricky run chase? Warner 52 not out .Its now a cake walk
This Cummings led team seem to always find a way .They can look under pressure but always come thru
 
I believe if they replace Warner with Bancroft or Harris or Renshaw it will be a step backwards . These 3 guys have been around a long time and have rarely dazzled at Test level . Please don't pick someone who averages 30 something with a strike rate of 40

Bancroft is the one be out of them 3. Average 59, from 11 games. Renshaw ave 50 but from 5 games, and I’ve marked Harris as never again.
Bancroft has averaged 50 for the past couple of seasons too and a better strike rate than Renshaw.
But if the Run Smith wants to give it a crack then he gets first go at it.

Yes you know your stats but I'm referring to Test averages but agree Bancroft the best of those 3

I read up on news and stats before everyday of test cricket I watch, it’s a little fanatical, so I’m told.
But I just wanna know what the two teams tactics against each other might be and I like to know what I’m talking about is facts and not just make shite up like others seem to be happy doing.
OMG they just dropped another sitter, their fielding is atrocious. The skipper too?

I didn’t realise the bails were not included, stumps only. Bcoz when someone says hitting the stumps I think of the bails being part of that?
Trent Copes Copeland is fast becoming my fav commentator and I could listen to punter talk cricket all day.

You and I are both cricket tragics .Love the game
We are so good at Test cricket .
I recall 3 winning runs Steve Waugh's side 18 straight wins
Then Ricky Ponting's side 18 straight wins and now Pat Cummings side on the way
Last 13- months - thrashed Sth Africa at home
Won World Test Championship over India in England
Retained Ashes in UK- drawn series but if Lyon not out injured would have won
Last ashes at home 4-0 only rain in Sydney meant poms drew that one 9 down
Then a brilliant win in ODI world cup ( 6 wins 2 times runner up )
Then 3-0 test win over Pakistan and by the way we played test series in Pakistan a couple of years ago which we won 1-0 and that series endeared the Australian team to the Pakistan public .
Clearly the world's best team even though some in the UK think they are the world's moral best team

Yep I love winning and hate it when people complain when we beat everyone all the time. Why would you not wanna watch us win? It makes me wanna show up and watch it live.
