Yeah. It exists here so that the cap is managed well amongst the NRL and I assume they only have jurisdiction here. Given the cap in the UK is only 2.1m pounds, it doesn't make sense for an equivalent cap impact.Good question.
I just love the way he tries hard to make the coaching and so called “system” sound so technical, as to liken it to a feature of an advanced civilisation, while trying to dumb it down to anyone who cares to listen. How many GF’s has he won in how many years at the easiest coaching position on the planet?
Tedesco tried to bail on us twice-the 2nd time successfully. No way we'd have him back.True story… and for those that think Robinson is a good coach… give Benji his team of paper bag takers and watch Benji claim coach of the year
The same previous administration who you wanted to stay? Can't have it both ways mate.Richardson is leaps and bounds ahead of our former administration when it comes to having the nous to negotiate recruitment contracts, retention and dealing with player managers.
You're allowed to, but when off season training starts roughly November that's when a club needs to be salary cap compliant, that's how Gus works buy everyone first then just before November cut player'sThe Bulldogs were signing players before they showed others the door
I’m in two minds about Angus Crichton. He’s been a great player for most of his career, no doubt, but I also feel he’s not that far away from being a has been. Would’ve been a great signing 3 or 4 years ago, don’t know about now.If I'm Richo I would be chasing Angus Crichton hard with a 4 year deal like he wants as we need more experienced guys in the team then youngsters. Get them guys in and start winning and the juniors will stay see a future here.
We need more then Angus of course but he would be a big name to make a statement.
I would also make Galvin stay regardless until end of contract to prove a point and even play in reserves if we don't need him. I hope either Galvin or the club come out and update everyone on the outcome of this so we can all move on and shut the media up
I think he is in the sweet spot for a 3 year deal.I’m in two minds about Angus Crichton. He’s been a great player for most of his career, no doubt, but I also feel he’s not that far away from being a has been. Would’ve been a great signing 3 or 4 years ago, don’t know about now.
I am happy to admit Richardson is a fine administrator and that he is at WTs to assist in our recovery. The same previous administration who you wanted to stay? Can't have it both ways mate.
It's almost like when you are presented with new information you don't have to double down and make a fool of yourself. You are able to learn and grow with new information, and more importantly change what side of the fence you sit on.The same previous administration who you wanted to stay? Can't have it both ways mate.
You may be right, but I just don’t see it. It’s all moot anyway because we won’t be signing him 😂I think he is in the sweet spot for a 3 year deal.
That is where we agree, no chance 😂You may be right, but I just don’t see it. It’s all moot anyway because we won’t be signing him 😂
The old regime. We had our chances, but sat back watching.
Sort of, you're allowed to sign players but you're not actually allowed to register their contracts if it puts you over the cap, or have more than 30 in your top 30.You're allowed to, but when off season training starts roughly November that's when a club needs to be salary cap compliant, that's how Gus works buy everyone first then just before November cut player's
Its interesting, how an organisation can change people invent a new story and remain the same. The old regime.
We have moved on with a new trajectory.
He says the same about us......I’m in two minds about Angus Crichton. He’s been a great player for most of his career, no doubt, but I also feel he’s not that far away from being a has been. Would’ve been a great signing 3 or 4 years ago, don’t know about now.
I reckon he was top of the class in those how to deal with media and the like programs while he was a player, bcoz he’s pretty slick in that regard. But obviously you can see through him too.I just love the way he tries hard to make the coaching and so called “system” sound so technical, as to liken it to a feature of an advanced civilisation, while trying to dumb it down to anyone who cares to listen.

cursed. Its interesting, how an organisation can change people invent a new story and remain the same.
