Been saying for more than 12 months - Best forward at the club....
Has the most upside.

Would also be one of the best locks in the comp (despite what experts here think)
if he can add a few things to his game over the next season or 2.

Seems to be conveniently overlooked that he came basically straight from Ball to NRL (In a crap team)...
If he'd had time to develop at lock in 20's and Ressies - He's be there already.... He's 21!!

I thought they treated his brother poorly , but maybe him as well , I wouldn’t pay more than 500 for him

I'm fine if he was our lock, but personally I love him in the front row. Especially if we can get a big body like Saifiti to partner him. IMO Pole is at his best with a simple plan, run hard and often, use footwork and tackle your heart out.

That being said, he is just 21 like you say, so maybe he has an evolution in him that results in him doing the above but also developing class lock play.

We have to lock him into a long term contract ASAP. Front row or lock, I don't care.

The $800k offer certainly seems like way overs at this point, with the supposed $600/650 next year already too much if he takes up the option and stays at this output.

More than likely started by his manager, As they've made the big call to go to market and potential suitors are dropping like flies....

What was the rumour, He's waiting to see who the Parramatta coach is going to be - So he can consider a return to his junior club?

So, He's waiting for a coach (Who no one knows who is yet) to get to the club, To potentially want him / make him an offer (Even though he's probably never met him)....
So they can have 3 under performing props at the same club on the best part of a million dollars each....

I wouldn't be surprised if he stays next year, Because he can't get as good an offer as the one he's on....
To give himself to get a better offer following.

If he's signing anything for 3-4 years at this very moment, It's for under 500k - unless it's with us.

Unfortunately it does look like Stef is playing that bad we are stuck with him as he pisses away any chances of teams wanting to pick him up for $800K+ a year playing as shit as he is. The same can be said for Klem, its clear he has a 2 year contract left and is playing that shit he doesn't want to be shopped/advertised over to the SNL to break offload his contract, no other club wants to pick him up either. We are stuck with 2 complete shithouse props with zero output for the foreseeable future. Yay

He is currently advertising his ability for a top tier contract, this is the best hes got. If you think once he signs a contract THAT will make him play any better, sorry pal, I dont know how to break it to you, that aint how it works. That ink is signed and dried, he goes down a level to the shit he is already producing now!!

That footwork makes him a different style of middle. Sharp at the line.

I think Klemmer or Utoikamanu needs to take on the kick off battering ram role. Pole is best at the line.

I've agreed with a lot that has been said- but since the contract talk, he's been obviously worse.

His form at the beginning of the year was still "he is young, needs to develop fully" level.

I don't think he's a #1 prop though. Or at least, he doesn't control how the game is played in the middle.

The talk has def made his game drop off, but i cant see it going anywhere but down from here. To me it just shows weakness. Make a decision and get on with it. Let your footy do the talking. Playing and dragging it out in the media for attention and to up his profile in hindsight probably wasnt/isnt the best way to do it for him and his game so he should understand that and sack his manager for doing this to him. But he wont because hes a big dumb idiot.
