As expected, this is the current narrative. It will probably be a good talking point for the next few days, or maybe a week, but it’s not going to define the election. Getting shot at doesn’t change the years of this guy being a scumbag, with no policies for his potential next term besides going scorched earth on his political opponents. Not to mention the stench of Project 2025 all over him. He’s still the same man, and no one who hated him is suddenly going to feel sorry enough to give him control of the SCOTUS, which if elected, will ensure the SCOTUS is far right for the next 25 years. A SCOTUS btw that under his watch spat in women’s faces, taking away their rights via eliminating Roe. So can you imagine what a Trump, who is a convicted Rapist and Felon second term would look like? You think all of that will be outweighed because someone fired a shot at one of his rallies?
