Only stupid thing about it is theyre aware he wasnt "Up for the fight" but Benji still selected him

He fought with us for 3 years before this, when we re-signed him for 5 years, no one was complaining then. This club sucks the life out of you and not everyone is meant for that. We tried to turn a 5/8 into a halfback for 10 years and kicked him on the way out, and now this guy who doesn't have leadership qualities but has an abundance of talent. Instead of giving him the coaching required, we call him pissweak and kick him out.

Accept your failure that we aren't able to coach the players instead of blaming the players. He's probably going to go down to Melb on a lesser contract and definitely more physically demanding. He will have guys like King, Welch, Grant etc who will play him to his strength.

I'd say the club can't really go out and spend his money until everything is final.
