Richo's players ready to fight comment reminds me of a team fighting against relegation in soccer. You often see the same players ending up at clubs who are at risk of relegation in place of the luxury, talented players - rarely are they the most talented but they are all tenacious, tough and win at all costs. Bulldogs got it right last year, our mentality has to be the same. We need grafting, effort players who don't pack it in when things are hard.

I wonder if it was also a message to reassure Luai. Given that the forward pack he was set to play behind was folding quicker then a stack of cards.

There would be a dollar value where he is a viable rotational piece.

The fact that Weidler has mentioned this is interesting.

As much as the journos, almost to a man, are sensationalist, fibbing and embellishing peanuts; they do have their claws into the odd source.

There is plenty of money for Brian from our perspective. His best mate is coming. It's close (ish) in rugby league terms. It's in a severe area of need.

The club itself is folding quicker than a Chinese laundry. Stefano gave HBG 3 .5 seasons to get it together and show they at least had intentions of getting it together for a shot at finals footy.
