You might want to read what Ive said before you write your comments. I’ve said he’s one to watch - and probably someone we should have looked at signing. The tigers don’t really have a track record of signing players that are athletic, tough and have good character in the last 10 years.
Not once did I say he’s the finished product. I’ve said at a youth level he was better than Suaalii, he was better than Jorgenson. i know because I saw it. Jorgensens manager has been playing roosters off against wallabies to get a better contract. Lancaster didn’t do that because he doesn’t want to play those games.
He went off the radar a little after school as Rugby Australia put him the 7s to develop him, as they do with 1-2 players each year.
You say he needs to develop? What do you think the wallabies coach is doing by debuting him? If you want him to develop maybe you should stop being so negative about a kid who has played one when you clearly have no insight in to the background of the situation.
