I wonder what the odds are of us winning the spoon again next season and what the odds would be of Benji still being out coach in 2026.

No markets framed yet. Too much player movement to occur for agencies to determine risk. I’d say we’ll open the market around $4 favourites unless we make 3-4 big signings.

With a spine of Galvin, Bula, Api & Luai, if we can field a semi competent forward pack and add a bit of strike power out wide we will not be favourites. Depth is the other issue we need to address.

When I seen your dog and the name jaemon. I immediately thought of Jaemon salmon and Ricky and the weak gutted dog comment 😄 cute dog BTW
You got it right, it was a slight at Jaemon but the dog is very cute.

But I have 2 useless mutts at home. Woofy below is even a paid up member.

Here he is in canine shock after yet another drubbing.

He’s trained to attack Penrith fans and because we live out here he’s never bored.

Would it be delusional to think that the Tigers winning the spoon with these super talented youngsters reminds me of the talented baby Broncos winning the spoon before Reyno gave them direction?

Yeah okay, it is, but it's a nice delusion. Just need a good half and some good big boys up front
The challenge is installing a couple of hard men who the young blokes look up to and want to stay to play with. We need to keep the good young ones around.

Yes.

Probably a thank you unless he is curious.

I didn’t rave on about how we should sign the young hooker from the stroke-on-tent hedgehogs because he made 400m with a broken leg last week.
I wrote to Pascoe at the end of last season and had a vent. He replied and invited me down to the COE to meet and gave me the royal tour of the facilities. He was actually very good and gave me over an hour of his time. He even bumped calls from Benji and pushed his next meeting out to keep talking with me. At that stage I was on the fence whether I would renew my membership for 2024. He did the decent thing and met with an aggrieved fan. That was before the pre season and only weeks before he got the chop. I did decide to renew and here we are near the end of the season and in no better place other than knowing next year will be better. I think Richo should be as accommodating with his reply.

Still pissing on about his CoE, did he mention when it converts to wins?

I was mostly at peace with Justin because he always seemed to me like he was a Baldrick in a real life Black Adder episode.

He could also be very slimy and sneaky, such as when he signed up Fulton as recruitment guru in secret when Tim was in Bathurst “coaching”

I remember when Tim came back and denied it in public saying it was “newspaper talk” but it was real.

It was the first public blow to Tim, very well executed too. I was delighted.

We’ve got Justin to partly thank for our Fab Fainus. His treachery and deceit in the service of the Wests Tigers was admirable.

I wanted to keep Justin at the club as a clerk or receptionist. Somewhere where he couldn’t do much damage.

I’m sure it’s not easy on the dole.

@Tucker is a big boss, he should offer Justin a job of some description.
