Yeah was bit of a strange one. Announced crowd was only about 11500 so if less than 1000 tickets were unsold like they were saying then it seems quite a lot of people didnt show up. But being there it didnt 'feel' like a small crowd to me. Was quite a good atmosphere. The ground looked pretty empty for a sell out? I like that we played Souths there though. Big games at Campbo is smart.
. . . . . . . and smashes him. 🤣I reckon Sam will be up for next week against Manly except he lines up against Haumole!
Yeah, couldn't believe the Wests Tigers had never played Souths at Campbelltown before! The ground looked pretty empty for a sell out? I like that we played Souths there though. Big games at Campbo is smart.
Knowing only too well how we can throw a game away, I was not very comfortable with a 16-4 lead at half time thinking that it would not be enough and that we would fall apart and get run down for sure as only Wests Tigers can.If I ever develop a heart condition, this team will be a threat to my life. So glad that pass was called
Yeah, we're cooked. 🤣How did you know Bunnies would hand in a rip snorter like that?
Can’t see Manly throwing in the towel at LO in the BBQ DERBY.
I don't know what Benji says to them but it couldn't have been all that inspirational. That second 40 was one of our worst of the year.
Imagine we played anyone in the top 8….it would have been a massacre.
It was as clear as day on TV too - what do the officials (ref and side line statues) see??I was in the Western Grandstand bang in line with Wighton's apparent forward pass which started the break that almost cost us the game. Everyone was outraged it was let go. Not sure how it looked on tv, but definitely looked forward from my point of view.
Just relieved she called Murray for one finally after he threw a few dubious ones throughout the game.
I think Centre would suit Heath. Looks like he could play anywhere. Natural footballerDoooheeee is a liability., but he will never see that...Hope Bunji can see right through him... is backup depth at best...Can Heath Mason play centre?
Except FB as he doesn’t like catching the ball on the full.I think Centre would suit Heath. Looks like he could play anywhere. Natural footballer
Hope so. Reports on Latu's game yesterday in KOE were very positive.Thinks Sezer is in trouble for his On Reports too.
Which likely means all 3 Fainu brothers to line up against their former club next week 💪
When I got to the ground an hour before kickoff they told me at the ticket office that general admission was sold out but it looked like there was heaps of room left I’ve seen Campbelltown more packed than thatThe ground looked pretty empty for a sell out? I like that we played Souths there though. Big games at Campbo is smart.
Why would we expect Souffs supporters to travel when we could take our home games to them at Accor or the SCG? Surprised we have not played at Redfern Oval yet.Yeah, couldn't believe the Wests Tigers had never played Souths at Campbelltown before!
Had we lost Annusley would give it the green light and tell us that it left the hands backwards only to to drift 10m forward 🙄It was as clear as day on TV too - what do the officials (ref and side line statues) see??
That's the little things that drive me crazy with this team. The attention to detail just isn't there. If that try got disallowed because he simply didn't ground the ball with no one near him it would have destroyed us.
Later Doeuhi kicks for touch metres in front of the mark, gets pulled back then does the exact same thing AGAIN. There was every chance Sharpe gives the ball back to Souths then. She clearly says kick it on the line, and Doeuhi goes 2 metres past it the second time.
Seyfarth gets penalised late in the game for a head high, now it wasn't worth a penalty, but he had ample time and room to get lower, so run the risk?
These little brain dead things kill me. We invite the officials to screw us over when it's imply isn't necessary.
That being said, the guy who started this rant Staines, I thought had a great game. If we had 17 guys show his commitment we wouldn't be last.
They missed forward passes from both sides all night. It was as clear as day on TV too - what do the officials (ref and side line statues) see??
