You can have two thumbs up 👍🏻👍🏻 for highlighting a very important issue, the fact that we have a full roster and not enough NRL run on props for 2025. Not to mention we could do with another 2rf, lock, and centre.

Bateman, Sullivan & Naden have been given permission to go elsewhere. You don't pay those guys out- you sink too much cap space.

Sezar is a MO & costs nothing to let go.

Tumeth, Feledy, Sukkar, Fa'agutu, Saukuru & Matamua combined wouldn't be $1m, and I'm not even suggesting all 6 would be let go. Just that there are 6 names, right there, that would be fairly easy to pay out if needed for the roster spot.

That's fine by me. I've said numerous times that if Naden is the quality of your depth, not your starters, then the club is in good shape. He's a fringe 1st grade player.

I look at that list and see quite a few relatively easy payout options to free up spots, if that is required.

But before that, Bateman, Sullivan & Naden are all free to go elsewhere according to reports.

Sezar could be let go if he hasn't had his MO agreed to by both parties.

There's 4 spots.

Tumeth, Feledy, Saukuru, Matamua, Sukkar & Fa'agutu could be cut & paid out without really being a huge issue. Both Lualili'i's as well. Given the amount of young players coming through, letting some go isn't exactly club destroying.

I think the club, if it needed to, could free anything up to 10 spots, particularly with the amount of cap space we carry.

I'm not saying they will free up 10 spots. But, if need be, they have options.

I would keep Luke out of that lot , he looks to be one to build on , Wing , Centre , Lock even

I think they'll keep a majority of them. I was just pointing out there are a number of players fairly easy to shift if necessary.

Starford To'a would be fairly easy to get another clubs interest as well I'd assume.

I think Faagutu will be on his way out come Nov 1. He’s one we shouldn’t let go at all out of that bunch but he has a guaranteed Top 30 spot next year but seeing as we need Top 30 spots, he’s been given limited chances this year unlike others and also being a Isaac Moses player, it’s hard to see us keeping him over the likes of Sukkar, Feledy and Lauliliis
