Does anyone actually know the extent of his surgery and what the recovery might look like?

I know it wasn’t ACLs . So I don’t think it’s going to be a huge chunk of time Ala an ACL.
I think he will be right for round 1. PCLs and MCLs are usually a couple of months .

Gutherson as a centre option- could be interesting. We have the money to spend. Is he the best centre available? Probably not, but you know he'll put in. I wouldn't want him at FB- that's Bula's. Instead of Jack Bird, I could be happy with that though.

No way to Gutho, Bird, and any other washed up player trying to cash in on their final NRL contract…. Those are typical Pascoe signings…

Just with Bird, I think it’s a pretty good sign for us that players or managers are at least picking up the phone to make enquiries.

I’d be at least interested in dragging negotiations out with him at this point. See what else we can get.

He’s probably got more cons than pros but better than a finger in the eye.

Bateman won’t be coming back, best to get any separation anxiety over and done with now.

I don’t know much about Kobe, but he’s 25, has played a lot of footy in a strong pack with good mentors and he seems strong defensively. He ticks a lot of the boxes I think we should be looking to tick.

I’m not one for hyperbole, but Klein might be the worst referee of the modern era. Blows the pea out of the whistle every week!
