Pretty sure Ignore is you're ignoring them....
If they're Ignoring you - They wouldn't see.
But if not, They can see what you post and reply to it.
Not 1000% sure, Just what I've concluded from observations....

I ignore people with my thumb. A quick flick of the screen and they’re gone.

I made a point of not doing it no matter how much I didn't like someone. However I gave it a go and it's the best thing I've done. It takes a lot for me to do it. For example, Tucker is the guy I butt heads with the most but I have never thought of putting him on ignore. You basically have to come across as a bad human for me to do it.

Same, it's funny- I barely look at the user. It sounds stupid but I don't like being influenced by the name of the poster before I read it if that makes sense.
I try and ready as many posts as I can and honestly try to look at the merit of the post than the poster.

I actually do the same regarding looking at the user. I only look when I think the post is absurd and I have to know which idiot wrote it lol.

Sounds like the one I've blocked. If you look closely they aren't as nonsensical as they first seem. They are hidden with very vindictive intentions. It's quite a weak way of operating hiding his real intentions.
