Peanut and fish allergy

I have an exchange student that will be here mid next year. They carry an EpiPen for a peanut and fish allergy.
Just thought I’d ask for advice when reading ingredients as someone mentioned to me natural flavour can be sketchy.
Is there any good website
Just want to start learning now. They will be 17 when arriving and I’d imagine on top of it but there is the language barrier

I would advise not getting your information from here. If she has an EpiPen, it likely means she is anaphylactic, which is serious and life threatening regardless of what people on here might tell you.

Its all BS (awaiting some white knight replying about their weak kids having allergies) everyone wants to be special, participation award society. Helicopter parenting and tik tok brains for clout. People had real problems back in the day to deal with to worry about making up problems to feel important. Eat a peanut, you make it or you dont. Its called survival of the fittest.

People 'claiming' to have peanut allergies rose 20%+ from 2010 - 2017. Just guessing itll be about 75% in 2024. Why? Article says shit immune system now in kids (not allowed to play outside anymore eating dirt) and massive rates of Vitamin D deficiency in children these days (lack of sunlight and good food)...................also social media became a thing.

The 'back in my day there were no allergies' generation are the people who raised the generation with all the allergies.

Yes she is anaphylactic
My daughter is over there atm and witnessed a reaction where she was then sent to hospital. It is my understanding that she aware of a lot.
I’m just researching early
And yes I don’t take anything from here unless bug sginkoms posts of course 😂😂

I played in dirt, ate grass, spent every afternoon in the backyard, and started eating chili's at 14 yet I developed an allergy to chili late in life.
So yeah , nah, Churchill may be incorrect
