Can an Extraordinary General Meeting be called at any time @426Tlgerland do you know? If a certain number of non-director debenture holders called for one.

It should be able to be done , they just need enough of them to call it and make sure when it’s time to vote they still have the numbers , this is where we come in with the pressure piling it on , Burgess and Remaro both should never hold positions again specially Wests Tigers Board , new blood , but they also should be the fall guys for this whole issue , I would be going in to take those 2 out , it’s a numbers game , but also I don’t know how their rules are written , il see if I can find out

There needs to be a timeline presented to the FULL implementation of the review. They keep saying that the majority of the recommendations have been implemented, issue is the most important ones remain.

Totally agree. There should be total transparency on review recommendations. For each recommendation there should be the following response:
1. Agree or disagree
2. If agreed, when will it be implemented
3. If not, why not or what alternative is proposed
3. When will change be implemented
4. Who is accountable for implementation.
This response should be publicly available and updated regularly.

They aren’t directives. These are adults capable of dismissing a recommendation should they be able to justify it.
