Have we signed 2-3 backrowers , because there forwards are not worse than ours , and there backs are overall better than ours

Which Eels forwards would you like in our side ?
Hopgood and maybe Jack Williams are the only ones I would want from them.

Bottom 4, their forward pack is old and way below average.
They won’t be able to lay a decent platform for their backs to work off.

I'm not sure they'll be bottom 4 but definitely out of the 8 IMO. Fullback is unproven, hooker is average. Good halves and outside backs but RCG will be a big loss in the middle.

James Walsh playing on an edge for the Dolphins last night looked to be a young edge forward with plenty of potential.
I could be wrong, but I don’t think he’s signed with them beyond this season and the Dolphins have plenty of back row depth, so will be hard for him to force his way into their NRL team, he could be ripe for the picking.
He’s not overly big, but mobile and runs the ball very aggressively. I believe he’s also played a fair bit in the centres, so would add that back row/centre flexibility.

Genuine chance to play regular NRL should be enough motive.
We don’t have a back rower as fast across the ground as what he is, so he would be a point of difference for us.
