Looking for more goal line defence as we displayed against the eels , it was at least 4 sets of 6 again., can we do the same with players like the Hammer attacking the line

Looking at our squad of 22
It’s fairly obvious that if we lose 2 forwards to injuries at the same time throughout the year we are going to be in trouble.
But I agree with others let’s not rush in and buy whoever becomes available for the sake of getting someone, let’s trust Richo to wait for a Diamond to pop up.

Sugar Caine on 360 sports bet plug saying something like only 3 out of 22 teams in the last few years that have had a big win rd 2 then had to travel have been rolled

The missed tackle stat can be misleading but limiting tackle breaks would be great
All stats are up for some degree of interpretation, however we have the highest amount of missed tackles which alone says our defence isnt the best. We have had a blessed start re: our 'against' column. 16 points is an awesome return against two sides who generally pile the points on against us. Its been 6 years since we had a start like this after our first 2 games.
  • 2024 = 38
  • 2023 = 36
  • 2022 = 52
  • 2021 = 70
  • 2020 = 56
  • 2019 = 12

Wests Tigers star Jarome Luai is confident fullback Jahream Bula won’t be a late omission from Saturday’s clash against the Dolphins.

Bula, who starred in the Tigers win over Parramatta, sent a scare through the Tigers camp after he was spotted in a moon boot after the match.

Coach Benji Marshall named Bula at fullback on Tuesday but rookie no.1 Heath Mason was also included in the extended squad, as a potential back-up if Bula is ruled out.

The Tigers will hold the first full field session of the week today and Luai is expecting Bula to get through training unscathed.

“He’s ready to rock. Our big day is today, so he’ll lace up the boots and jump in with us,” Luai said.

“I was amazed at the way he played (against the Eels). We are going to need him again this week.”

I think it will be interesting to see how our cntres go up against Herbie and Averillo. Both extremely strong centres so ill be interested to see what happens.

Which Starford will turn up?!?
