With 15-20 to go, it was there to be won. We had a lead, momentum and lost it.
We could have been better, but weren’t. Warriors still had to go and win it and they played that way.
They deserve the points.

Did you not notice the ridiculous penalties?? Barrett ran backwards and tripped over and we got penalties against us for it ?? Fullback poked his face into Seyfarth shoulder and we get penalised !! It was ridiculous and against the run of play .. it was blatant mate , blatant,, I am disgusted

This loss will hurt our season as will the round 1 loss to the Knights. It’s not good enough to compete. We need to win games like these if we’re any hope of avoiding another spoon let alone being a successful club.

I think we’re witnessing the Wahs of 23. I don’t think they are a top 4 side, but they have the same grit that went missing last year. A lot of that would be down to JFH. He’s all class.

The two close losses to the Knights and Warriors could be the difference for us making the 8 or missing it. Or possibly, with some injuries and suspensions, winning another wooden spoon or not.
