Bateman is burnt out..will be barely missed...and has an attitude problem as a consequence of his own frustration re his demise.Hes not my main issue here,
.Papali and Klemmer and Stefano were ALL underperforming at WTS undoubtedly
But punting them ALL at pretty much the same time between seasons without adequate replacements is not particularly smart..and its gonna come back at us.3 of them were contracted this year.
So our roster is now down to 27 (incl Olams departure)..weve got a truckload of $$ to spend...and about 8 of those 27 contracted this year should/will never play 1st grade on their merits.Ever..
Not sure why we had to put ourselves in this position

Well Richo went over to the UK and came back empty handed , but the knights and the raiders found two very good backrowers, which Richo couldn’t fine

What deal it’s been bloody weeks , we have two backs out and our replacements are poor , we have a high class centre, who’s brother wants him to play with us , yet no word from the club , all I and must fans want to know is it still on the cards or is it not happening.
Just remember this is not a hidden signing that the club wants to keep quiet, it is been out there long before his court case , so are we going to wait for round 20 , the kid needs game time NOW not in 15 weeks

Luke L and Makasini are prospects everyone is excited about. I know nothing official but my assumption is we are looking to add forwards to replace the ones we’ve let go.

Given we don't have a single forward signed up outside our current top 17 for next year on a top 30 deal I'd think that has to be the focus, while we have a number of backs
