LIVE GAME Round 7 vs Eels

Live Game Discussion
Wests Tigers had the perfect chance to prove to Galvin he was making the wrong decision regarding his future.

Instead, they just reinforced his beliefs he'd be better off playing in blue & gold.

Doueihi at 6 or 7 is not a viable option, the club really needs to pull a decent half out of their arse and soon, Latu isn't enough, we need a decent back up.
To be fair, Douihei is 3rd string choice...obviously missed Fainu with Galvin not playing.

Bula - Great?
How many times was he out of position and have his pants pulled down.
He never makes an effort to get across in cover - drives me nuts!!

Doueihi bailed him out at least once last week as well..

He was far from Great.
he was one of the only reasons we were in that game if he didn't play I doubt we score more then 12 points

Also out of position a gazillion times which resulted in 3+ tries, no where near the 40/20 missed crucial tackles on the big line breaks…

Kids good with the ball in hand - we had 40odd put on us though by a team that’s won 1 game….

Great isn’t a word that comes to mind

The hip drop penalty by the bunker was a massive game changer, didn't touch the ball for 11 minutes 2nd half and the try scorer was the so called player in the hip drop tackle
How the hell was that a hip drop, I think it went up as a dangerous tackle, maybe I'm wrong but I thought it was okay.

How did Moses not go for contact with the head in a try scoring situation and only give away a penalty.

Maybe not a penalty try but surely worth 10 in the bin.

Surely it was worth more than just a penalty.

I swear if I see the waste of a tackle giving Twally the ball when we are attacking the line you will hear me yelling from Caves Beach, a 5YO can forecast that play coming.

We've already beat Parra at Parra this convincingly this season, I don't think that's the issue here.

Galvin being dropped & the return for Parra of Moses (plus some questionable refereeing decisions) are the reason we lost today. Doueihi at half should be a big no no from now on. It would have been better to keep him in the centres with Naden on the wing. Lack of depth is starting to show, especially in the halves.
No excuses. They are on the bottom of the ladder for a reason.
