He may have warned them pre game, he may have said something on the run…There isnt always an official warning especially in that position of the field where spoiling tactics definitely prevent tries.

Your easily pleased.Recruited 6 players, 3 of which are decent but does not have ability to turn this club around. Defence is still ordinary and will result in team failing to improve on the ladder.
I agree culture is better thanks to Penrith boys.

Why? What does the NRL get out of keeping us down? I would suspect they want a club with a huge supporter base like ours being successful.

no it doesn’t ! It’s not a mathematics equation. The number is 0 . And the number 1 way you achieve that is to control the ruck .
No body expected him to go to the bin . Which is my point .
All im saying is the ref was obliged to give some kind of warning . And he didn’t … and I think that sux . He never allowed the behaviour to corrected prior to coming down with consequences .
It’s the equivalent of your kid keeps ignoring you when you tell him to clean up his mess , so you grab his iPad and throw it in the bin… how do you expect to correct the Behavior with that logic… isn’t the point as a ref to oversee a fair and ethical game ? Or am I missing something ?

He has his strengths, sure. Players want to play for him, I think he emphasises pride in the jumper. But he has a ceiling. He’s a terrible tactician and his team selections are questionable (Naden on the bench, seriously?).

Let me put this to you. Name one player that has improved under him. Someone who was pretty meh before he took over, and now you think “man, that guy has come on leaps and bounds”. There aren’t any.

I was thinking that as well . If so then luai only has himself to blame .. to be fair it’s the only thing that makes any real sense . Because what happened on the field didn’t .

In the halves we have Mason and Latu fighting for 6. Falls if we get injuries.

Hooker is covered.

In the forwards, Seyfarth is better playing direct, off the bench. Hunt is good for impact only. Twal same boat at Seyfarth. KPP with his 40 tackles a game and direct running should add a lot. I think that leaves us a lock forward and front rower short. I think Front row and lock should be our priorities (and of course, getting KPP here within the next few weeks).

No idea how you can say that stuff.

Backline is far from done.

Douehi needs to be replaced with a gun centre. Put him as a sub.
Bula is average at best. He needs to realize his potential - and soon.
We need another half to pair with Luai. Latu or whoever, either way they will be very green.

Seyfarth, Twal and Bird all need to be replaced. Yes they’re nice guys and try their best, but I’m over it. Sick of us carrying passengers for so long.
Naden cheerio.
Royce Hunt as a sub only.

Literally half the team are not good enough.
Needs to be sorted.
 
The real facts about our great club is,we have had internal bickering for 25 years,we have had coaches come and go because certain boys club players since 2005 win have had to much to say,the boys club is still alive and well,we paid a 4 time premiership winner over a million a year to lift this team and all he has done is bugger all and doesn't quite know the rules so he leaves the team short because he is sin binned,we have a rookie coach who thinks he is better than anyone else for the job because Sheen's told him so...enough is enough for me next year's membership will be deleted until this joint becomes professional and can compete with NRL standard teams..
ATM we are a fringe first grade team with f,,CK all foresight...

You are harping on about this lack of warning . They are not machines nor infallible. Give it a rest.

Bro a bit harsh on twal! He played like 10 minutes . It was nil all when he went off .
