I think it came down to not playing our biggest bench player at all. 80 minutes sitting on the bench for Kit Laulilii.

So we would have won had Kit got a few minutes? Interesting theory and I'd be open to learning more.

Very disappointing last weeks attack not there this week
Although Bula being tackled a foot short of the line unlucky
Last 3 games vs Souths probably would have won if Galvin didn't drop the ball over the line
Vs Cowboys lost by 4 pts 6 tries to 5 and 4 of theirs were against 12 men
Vs Penrith lost by 4 pts again 3 tries each
Not a lot of luck last 3 matches but we have to improve attack so games are not tight .If its tight we lose !!!!

Yep. Luai was very good in the first half but arguably our worst in the second half.

Latu needs to be starting, whether it's in the 6 or 7. He's too talented to not be on the field at all times.

Did Latu get injured?

At what point does the club need to grow a pair and hammer the refereeing. Every bloody 50/50 is against us, pay the damn fine hammer the ref's and call out that clown Klein aswell while your getting fined anyway. So sick of this garbage. Do that and see how magically these stupid penalties that arnt penalties stop. Luais hit on their 6 was a perfectly timed hit. Every week it's the same damn story. We not only have to compete with the opposition but with the moron refereeing and the even bigger clown in the bunker. Some of the decisions are absolutely mindblowing.

Because NRL go into full protection mode and won't entertain complaints.

Agree. But it was a big moment and a really bad call. No reward for the effort to get to the kicker and put pressure on. The ball hadn’t even left his boot when he hit him.

Their effort and conservative approach surprised me.

Latu just coming back from injury so understand why he was injected into the game off the bench.

Marshall may have had Kit on the bench for him to train with the NRL team and to experience from the bench what it requires to get to NRL level. He may be doing the young man a favour so he can go back to NSW Cup and improve his game especially his impact with the ball.

The refereeing is awful every week. Some time it favours us but usually we're on the receiving end. Unfortunately, the only way to take pathetic officiating out of the equation is to get better.
