State of Origin 2025

Also papalii is probably my favourite non tiger. So impressive the amount of respect he has across the game and still goes so well.

Did you like his theatre roll into touch, in a penalty attempt?

Or his suss tackle on Hammer trying to throw him then copped a kick to the groin?

Highlights for me 😂
That was a good strong try saving tackle

Latrell played fantastic. His tip ons to To'o were perfect. He did them about 6/6 times whereas any other centre would be lucky to nail even one.

You got plenty of others to criticise, Latrell definitely not one of them

Yeh I don't get it. I thought his carries were strong and his defence was solid.

As a QLDer I will always applaud Mitchell’s selection as he is a pretender

He knocked one of them forward. I think you want Latrell catching the ball and running over people, not trying the finesse so often. They had a plan to win the game on that edge and it failed.

Congratulations to Nathan - Latrell - Dylan - Reece & Zac for again proving they are only elite talent in the view of the simple-minded!

NSW deserved to lose and did so with great aplomb!

Luai - Crtitta and To'o the only blues to leave with their reputations intact!
This is how I saw it.

Hudson came on with 20 to go and proceeded to do nothing, albeit I think he's a handy player on clubland with a good level of aggression.

NSW just looked so lacking tonight.
Is it the coach? Or the players just think they're too good and will win no matter what?

There are 2 sides to rugby league
Attack & Defence

IMO
Latrell’s defence in the last 2 games has been very ordinary.

I’m going coach. Madge had no trouble getting them motivated last year. Some of Daleys selections were puzzling.

He defended well too.

Maybe you can put Deardens second try to him but Luai was just as much to blame.

He rarely got beaten in defence and made a couple of try saving tackles
