Club, have to call them tomorrow, pay an extra $15 for delivery as they were supposed to be ready to be picked up at the game against the Titans last week.
Why should you pay $15 if they failed to meet their original obligations.

That's just bad business and poor customer service.
 
where is the blockage on delivering paid goods coming from and more importantly why ",Peeps just getting this years colours a month before the semi's kick off .Shabby behavior from a lack luster marketing department

I got my white one from Savvy Supporter based in the shire somewhere the day after ordering...its just so frustrating the club can still stuff up merch..memberships and ticketing after all this time in the digital age
I'm going to call them again tomorrow. Spoke to them last week but haven't heard anything since. They said they were sending them out.

The first comms I received was from Shippit when it was despatched a week or so ago then the usual update sms' from Australia Post. Hopefully yours isn't far behind as they're bloody nice shirts.
