You assume he'll play next week because Skelton is out. Mason ain't no winger.

I think 100% he does. Final round opportunities don’t get much more suitable. Meaningless game against a poor team. He’s probably only got to get through tomorrow. You assume he'll play next week because Skelton is out. Mason ain't no winger.
I'd say he will be pulled from NSW Cup tomorrow if Benji plans to debut him next week.I think 100% he does. Final round opportunities don’t get much more suitable. Meaningless game against a poor team. He’s probably only got to get through tomorrow.
He might not even play tomorrow if they are looking to play him next week.I think 100% he does. Final round opportunities don’t get much more suitable. Meaningless game against a poor team. He’s probably only got to get through tomorrow.
Being rested for next week 👀 👀 👀??Not playing today it seems…
That would be the logical conclusion I’d say.Being rested for next week 👀 👀 👀??
It was obvious that he wouldn’t play.Being rested for next week 👀 👀 👀??
Honestly, I reckon he can play right also.Turuva to right wing…and Maka left wing nxt to Taylan ?
What do you base this on? He hasn't played 1 game yet.For me personally, I can see him starting over To’a in the right centre position at the start of 2026, not sure that will be the case tho seeing To’a extended for 2 years recently..
He's probably the biggest thing that has come through our pathways since teddy or moses, his defence is excellent, hes only missed 3 tackes out of 33 he has made during his games in nsw cup, where to'a usually struggles defensively, and I can see him having a huge pre-season with us, he offers a lot more consistency and potential than starford to'a does, and I personally love what to'a offers in attack, but I just think Makasini will be miles better long-termWhat do you base this on? I hope you're right ✅️He's probably the biggest thing that has come through our pathways since teddy or moses, his defence is excellent, hes only missed 3 tackes out of 33 he has made during his games in nsw cup, where to'a usually struggles defensively, and I can see him having a huge pre-season with us, he offers a lot more consistency and potential than starford to'a does, and I personally love what to'a offers in attack, but I just think Makasini will be miles better long-term
Not a bad call on Skelton. Would be interesting to seeFor mine, play him on the left Taylan to guide him, move Tito to partner Starford where they were going gang busters earlier.
I see Skelton coming off the pine next year as our version of Talakai.
I disagree I think Skelton will be great and Starford will be his typical self inconsistentFor mine, play him on the left Taylan to guide him, move Tito to partner Starford where they were going gang busters earlier.

I Agree next season, Mak, Taylan, Samuela, Luai on the left....now that would be a potent left edge...then you have Latu, KPP, Toa, Turuva on the right. Only issue is the Toa/Turuva defence is a bit sketchy. I like the Idea of Skelton coming on to cannonball through the middle or on the edges. For mine, play him on the left Taylan to guide him, move Tito to partner Starford where they were going gang busters earlier.
