We need some assistants who have some coaching credibility and who’ve had some success.
Don't be to disheartened we have a bog average pom coming from the new wooden spooners and jock madden woo hoo
Didn’t watch the game as was working but am really really disappointed in this result. Not sure how you can manage to put 28 points on in the first half and 0 in the second (but can understand the other way around). Not sure why but we can’t seem to beat teams twice, same thing happened with Eels, Knights who are fairly low on the ladder.
Next year we need to be more consistent and play 80 minutes. I swear we’ve played so many games where we’ve been the better side for over half the game (maybe not so much today looking at timing of tries) but somehow miraculously find a way to lose. If only these guys played NRLW instead then they might be ok 🤷♂️.
I think we’ve got a strong backline developed at the moment and now need to improve our forwards stocks, in both NRL team and depth for the inevitable injuries. I think this year gets the bare minimum of a pass mark with 9 wins which is another 50% improvement so next year I’m hoping we win 14 as realistically I think we are capable of doing so, now that our attack is starting to click a bit better in recent weeks.
Looking forward to watching finals as an “impartial” fan (die bulldogs die).

You better find another hobby to compensate for the booze and fags because failing a miracle in recruitment over the off season, we are not getting near the finals with this mob and those preparing them.

Positive signs? They have been run down twice in the second half by two of the worst teams in the comp last 3 weeks …
They have 6 months to digest this embarrassing finish once again. We need some hard nosed players. Too many soft cocks in this team. A hard nose coach would not hurt as well.

28 points should be enough to win both those games. The positive is obviously the first halves.

Disappointing end to the season, it’s one hell of a punish supporting this team the highs are great and then the lows bring us crashing down to earth.
Regardless we will all be back next year let’s hope the likes of Seyfarth, Mason , Toa ,Sukkar and Naden are never seen in first grade again.

Season was done a while ago. Both of those teams are better than us from a roster standpoint. Give the negativity a rest. It’s saying tigers team across the park.

Hope Benji reflect on this over the off-season. Think he is leaning way too heavily on those guys to play big minutes and is blunting them.
Unfortunately with TDS gone im not convinced Hope is up to it.
An aggressive prop and Terrell can move to 13 where he doesnt need to be as dynamic and can play a Yeo kind of role

You should never get beat if you get to 28 points before the opponent. It's mentally weak and it's endemic to the club.
Tigers improved this year by beating some tough opponents in tight games, usually by coming from behind. They don't ever seem to know how to play from in front and they still dont know how to wrestle back control if the opponent starts getting on top.
2025 is an improvement on 3-straight spoons but we've ballsed up a clean opportunity to bag a few end-season wins and look forward to 2026.
