I would be interested to know if he would be eligible for medical retirement after a few more concussions if he was to sign a contract with a new club. I guess his issues with concussion are existing therefore excluding him from medical retirement?

It will disappear under the carpet. Cheeses court case will probably drag on and by that time everyone would have moved on. Also if Radley is signaled out what about the others in the group. Uncle Nick did not seem to concerned about these issues a few years back

I think it’s an excuse to sack Radley. He hasn’t been great on the field and his concussions are an issue.

I think these smaller forwards have a shorter shelf life.

pre existing condition at time of signing - wouldn't that disqualify that possibility?

I could also see him going to the Rabbitohs but the optics would be so bad for the club if they have multiple junkies in their team

Just remind me, he plays as an NRL run 13 and we need an NRL run on 13?

Mason is the worst player I've seen play NRL. He's the Scott Muller of Rugby League

I'm not a fan; however he is only 20....still has a couple of years to come good or get punted. Has some decent attributes including explosive speed off the mark for short distances.

Now the chickens have come home to roost (pun intended) messages basically confirming Radley asked for and received cocaine....its pretty black and white once you figure out what language they are speaking. Surely Smith gets his contract terminated. This is Ryan Tandy all over again. Hate to say but this guy is spiralling and needs help otherwise he will be dead soon from his own doing. The guy is like Charlie Sheen - good doco on Netflix by the way.

As for Radley, he will need to retire soon. Docs will make a call on him.

Avoid both at all costs please.

I don't actually know the terms and conditions , is that how it works? I would have thought that retirement is retirement.. i can't imagine it being like insurance underwriting with exclusions etc
