All week, Mark Bustos styles clients in a high-end New York salon where cuts start at $150.
But every Sunday, he hits the streets with scissors in hand, offering free haircuts to the homeless.
With each trim, he restores dignity, hope, and confidence.
One simple act of kindness grew into a global movement of compassion and change.

Across Denmark, retired public buses are finding a second life — not on highways, but in the hearts of small towns.
Once painted in transit colors, these vehicles have been refitted as mobile grocery stores serving elderly residents who live far from supermarkets

The 31st of OCTOBER IS NOT JUST HALLOWEEN – IT’S BEERSHEBA DAY!

They said it couldn’t be done. But 800 Australian horsemen did it anyway — and changed history forever.

On 31 October 1917, weary and parched from days in the desert, the men of the Australian Light Horse prepared for what seemed a suicidal mission.
Ahead of them lay 6 kilometres of open desert, 4,400 entrenched Turks, and a hail of gunfire from rifles, artillery, and German bombers.
But retreat meant death. So they charged.
Lest we forget.

Very meaningful TO . Thanks for sharing this story of bravery under severe duress that should be celebrated by all Aussies !

(Halloween is a commercial crock of sxxt that doesn’t belong in this country. Kids have no idea of the real background, just dressing up and trick or treating. And when was the last time any kid did a trick?)
And ask them about Beersheba, they’d have NFI , it’s a sad life !

I can't stand Halloween, does it really belong in Australia, it just looks like a lolly grab for potential fat kids oh, but I bet dentists love it.

Call me a party pooper if you like, but I bet there's a lot of us that don't give a crap about it.
