I took a couple of days off work, slept, watched some telly had some quiet time with hubby, a big cry, then slapped a smile on my face, walked for my One Foot Forward (hut my fund-raising goal, and am halfway to my km one) and am ready to go and visit my young friend in hospital š¤hoping he's well enough for a visit today
Keep your walking going at least every 2nd day as it produces feel good hormones, but I'm sure you know that already, so this is just a reminder.
NO GROG as it doesn't help in the long run, only makes things worse...and I'm talking from experience here and gave up drinking alcohol of any sort about 35 years ago.
And lastly...find a psychologist or even a Social Worker/Nurse to download your feelings onto.
If you are open and honest with him/her they can definitely help you.
But you must be prepared to open up fully and tell it like it is as they are trained in body language and will know if you are bullshitting.
