5 Game Forecast

I put $150 on them at $2.20 mate
to win $330

perspective
last week to beat Warriors I only had $50 on at $4.10 to collect $205
souths i had $50 on
Cowboys i had $100 on

as far as value gies i think tigers get down to $1.80 by kick-off

super confident we win this

Gutsy call mate …good luck …

Just making the point that the market hasn’t moved much at all since the teams were announced …but at least you will win another $15.00 👍

I generally take $50 units as 1 unit
$150 is 3 units
hopefully I am right again.
thankfully infront for the year on nrl and fortunate I shoukd get some cash back on sydney kings winning nbl which is helpful.

If we look at the next five games, we have Eels, Knights, Broncos, Raiders and Sharks.

One game and a time and all that, but to me they are all winnable.

May and Luai come back against the Raiders. Toa could be back any time in next few weeks.

I have a sneaking suspicion that Ethan Roberts will take the position of Seyfarth and be a good contributor too.
Im all for Seyfarth dropping out of the 17, but i think Roberts based on his form last year is overrated on the forum.

Watched him a few times over the last two years and he regressed unfortunately (at the Roosters). Early rounds last year he was 18th man from the Roosters NRL team and was quickly demoted to NSW Cup. After some poor performances in cup, he was leap frogged by a few others in the Roosters system, was dropped and the spent the last 7-8 weeks in Flegg. He had some nice moments, but unfortunately was inconsistent had some defensive lapses and work rate issues.

Don't get me wrong, i would love for him to reach his potential and show what he did earlier in his junior rep career, but he needs to really work on his motor and consistency. He has been named in Flegg this week and hope that he focuses on improving and building his game as the season goes on. He is not going to be someone we see before round 20, Sukkar and Geyer have the jump on him at this stage. I also wouldn't be surprised if we see Godinet before Roberts.

To be honest I don’t know much about him. I’m just going off what The Rugby League Guru said about him - that he’s very talented and a bit of an individual and wouldn’t be surprised if he thrived at the tigers.

People who think differently don’t work out at the roosters!

Rugby League Guru is literally the last person i would listen to when it comes to young guns. The guy thought Tallyn Da Silva was a fullback when he debuted, never heard of Tavana until this pre season and thinks Makasini played all his junior football on the wing.

Credit to the bloke, hes made a career on convincing and gaslighting people into believing he actually watches and knows whats going on in the junior grades. He's watched a couple junior games that his brother player for the roosters and thats about it. He just looks at NRL top 30 squads and calls anyone under the age of 20 'could be anythings'. Its one of those 'throw shit at a wall and see what sticks' scenarios except he throws every piece of shit lol.

Pro tip, if you want real info and insight on Juniors around the league, follow 'theshortball' on instagram, and for more tigers specific junior info follow NBWT on Twitter/X. You'll get much more accurate, pointed info and updates.

I would generally agree, but his brother plays for the roosters an has a good knowledge of the roosters pathways.

What has Roberts done to replace Seyfarth? Its Seyfarths to lose. Unless Roberts blows the lights out in cup then I dont see him taking that jersey anytime soon. Alex has been great this yesr.

No idea, but our recruitment has been good so it's just a hunch.

THIS IS A REAL NAME:

URL may be sensored by this site. Who, what on earth possessed the parents. seriously I think we have a winner to this xkcd https://xkcd.com/1011/

I see us having an edge in the forwards.

Moses + Pezet will be a real top challenge for AD + Madden. I can't see our halves schooling them, I really can't. Our back line though should be able to compete with Parra.

It's going to be really close. really really close.... Seriously man whats up with that name.
