TEAM LIST Round 7 vs Broncos

Team List
It should be AD feeling the pressure not Luai, Jock has been playing halfback - He just had a 6 on his back.

If the team stalls now it will be because AD isn't a half back even though he has the 7 on his back.
agree think AD should be feeling the pressure, only being he is ther versatile player and can / should be moved to centre or 13 if we are not firing during the game and bring maden on

Jarome will be in the headlines always regardless. After every NSW origin loss he is always the scapegoat. After the 2023 GF the negativity around him was insane. It's just continuing again with the same detractors who have been doing it for years
Why - Jock has been playing 7 just had 6 on his back - AD is the 7 and that is the role Jock has been playing so without Jock there AD needs to play as the 7 - He has to play direct and dig into the line - he has to organise and get the attack deep - he has to move the team around the park and provide the long kicking game - he has to kick the goals - None of that is Luai's job - Why dose AD always get the free pass ???

BRONCOS: Nick Parfitt, Steve Irwin, Stuart Kelly, Casey McGuire, Scott Minto, Brett Seymour, Scott Prince, Corey Parker, Shane Walker (c), Robert Tanielu, Brad Meyers, Mick Coorey, Phillip Lee. Res: Elia Tuqiri, Nathan Friend, Kris Kahler, Steve Lacaze.

Broncos 28 (Casey McGuire 2, Steve Irwin 2, Robert Tanielu tries; Scott Prince 4 goals) d Tigers 14.

Referee: Tim Mander
that is not a very good nrl side the tigers picked abd the greatest muppet of all Terry Lamb as coach.

Absolutely. No surprises at all. I hope Luai can organise, straighten the attack and kick as well Madden. Jarome had to come in and I get, Benji didn't want to interrupt Douehi's red hot form by moving him to centre. I just hope the team can maintain the same cohesion without Jock there. We will see. Great that Tiny's back and that Herbert gets another chance. I think it was time Maka was moved to the wing too.
Is AD not the half back ? Why would Luai who is the 5/8 be doing those things ? People seem to be very confused about the half back role and the fact that AD is responsible for that ...

you are right, tedesco like hey...

he is not a good footballer by most nrl fullback standard. like some on here say Brooks is not a good footballer, it is opinion.
Caine is a nice bloke, NOT a good footballer

you are right, tedesco like hey...😂

He played 97 NRL games which kind of tells me in a few other people’s opinions he was an NRL standard player.

Let’s agree to disagree on this one
and leave it at that 👍

Number 1, he has the better short kicking game and 2 he is probably slightly the better organiser whereas Douehi is more the runner. Neither is a true halfback as Madden certainly is. And the debate goes on....

Sadly I do, I was at Campbelltown that night. The Wests Tigers were red hot favourites to win that game.

Boy did those boys get their arse handed to them, totally out played, out enthused. That game was a REAL gut punch that has never been forgotten.
I was pretty young at the time (10 or 11) and I haven’t been able to forget that game 😂. There was another that we won in 2012 where Parra put about 30 points on us in 15 mins that has scarred me as well.

Their 2-5 is intact, their halves are intact, their entire forward pack is there without Carrigan.

The new players coming in have plenty of leadership to make sure they don't make mistakes.

We cannot possibly be taking this game lightly.

In almost every tackle Twal has gone into, he hasn't come off second best. Payne vs Twal is going to be a good battle.

If you notice it is TDM who is given the job on the alpha, he was all over Taumalolo, JFH, Jr Paulo and Saifiti, he will be the one nullifying Haas, although it will probably require plenty of support from Twal, Pole etc...
