That would be a good move the first job would be to move on Flanno if he hasn't been sacked already.

The coaching flavour of the present seems to be using former club legends as coaches, Benji working, Foran good start so for the dragons it could be the time for Dean Young.

Not sure if Billy Slater has any interest in NRL coaching but you’d probably throw a king’s ransom at him based on the young legend coach formula.

That would be a tough job getting him he seems to be happy coaching origin and living on his farm.

Think it would be the Storm if any, but would he want to give up his present lifestyle.

Last year Shane Richardson flew to Brisbane to meet with Adam Reynolds at his home and pitch a 2 year move to the Tigers, ultimately Reynolds didn’t want to move his family.

Who is fulfilling that role at WT right now, and are they the right person for the job?

I think that was all smoke and mirrors and no real possibility of happening he was just helping out a good friend and his son nothing else

I think we could settle down a bit in here.

Richo has recruited Mielekamp twice. Once to Souths and then to Tigers. He practically invented a role so Shaun could have a job and then promoted him within a year. That says it all about Richo's respect for the guy.

Shaun has resigned a handful of players in the past three months and engaged the media like never before. People are complaining about how many stories are written about us. Campbo is sold out. Full team signing afterwards. Leichhardt has increased capacity. Ease up on the guy.

Shannon Gallant is head of recruitment. He recruited Jock and KPP. He's on top of it atm.

All of the above is a shitload better than the Pascoe era. We've had a nice shiny new toy for just five weeks. Enjoy it.

The past would suggest not but let's see if this time is different. Their next test will be the extension of Mielekamp and the Chair of the board- do they go out and try to sign Mestrov again? Do they try to finangle a way to appoint Elias again?

Don’t know but Richo and Reynolds go back to Souths days so it was probably a more personalised pitch than many others. Richo and Benji did a similar thing with Luai.
