3-2-1 3, 2, 1 vs Bulldogs [Round 13]

3. Maybe Luai's best game for the Tigers. His defence was outstanding, plus a try assist.

2. Bula is super important to this team. While he was out, every bomb gave the opposition a strong chance to score. Needs to rein in his brain farts, though.

1. Could be Api, Skelton or Twal.

100 percent - just got to look at the previous weeks without him. Yet people wanted us to punt him and retain TDS.
Hmmm yes, I remember that.

Meanwhile Api in the mix for Origin while TDS was overlooked to start yesterday by a rookie on debut who is more prop than hooker

Forgot a HM
The crowd for their dedication to booing Galvin for the entire game.
Got a bit boring after a while but I applaud the crowd for their dedication.

Had a bit of a laugh at a comment on Fox / Kayo questioning if someone was playing a cassette tape every time Galvin got a touch. 🤣

Now that I think about it, maybe it was. 🤣

I want to give acknowledgement to KPP. He was immense defensively tonight. Did a lot of tidying up and shut a lot of things down.
We are certainly getting a lot more out of KPP than the clown in the opposing coaches box ever got out of him.

Bulldogs attach coach, LOL.

Tonight was a very difficult game to pick a 3, 2, 1. Just one of those awkward games where we had no stand out, but some huge plays by some individuals that were crucial to the win.

Bula's 2 trysavers and scored on himself...huge

Luai's 2 or 3 trysavers on Sitili, his kicking for our try, him putting Turuva away when we couldn't get out of our half...all huge plays

Twal single handedly taking on the dogs pack. Im not surprised one bit with how Twal is playing like many are, but I am surprised about the part of him becoming a genuine enforcer. His aggression was incredible and we really needed it last night. When Twal and Sam are in the team we have what it takes to smash anyone. Huge game from Twal.

Api....omg the difference he makes is unbelievable. As soon as he came back on it took one set of 6 to see us make more ground and instantly look sharper. What a player.

KPP's defence was immense at times

Ill go

Did you see the look on Benji's face after that.

He's always got at least one brain dead play in his game but on the right money we should hang on to him.
I was too busy yelling “WHY?” at the tv.

Why must I have Helta with my Skelta?

If I was drowning in a sea of sewage and he turned up with a floaty I’d say kick it to me.

At least he has hands, so he’s still an upgrade on the last dolphin we had on the wing.

Seriously though Hank, I love everything about his game except one thing, his passing game. It’s gotta stop.
Why’s he think he’s on the wing for anyway?
If he stops passing the ball he could be a premier winger in the game.

I’ve always loved the giant sloth. I love a bloke who hates missing tackles.

@Demps I’ve started backing him to score a try again. This could get ugly.

I can't understand how anyone is a Seyfarth fan... He is the biggest liability and has been for years. Its not like hes 2 or 3 years into his NRL career, hes been in the NRL system for 7 years.

He has terrible discipline. He is beyond shocking defensively, not only the fact he falls off tackles on smaller players, but has terrible lateral movement and defensive reads. He does not bend the line, has statistically been one of the worst forwards in the NRL when it comes to both Post contract metres and tackle breaks over the last 3 years and also has zero footy IQ giving away penalties or negative plays at the worst times.

The only people that rate him only rate him because 'he tries hard'. That's great, but he is one of the biggest liabilities in rugby league. Put me on the field and i'll try harder than anyone for badge, doesn't mean i have any right to be playing in an NRL game.... Just have a look at the tries we conceded tonight, he fell off Kiraz (outside back smaller than him) for his try and then fell off Tuala (outside back smaller than him) for his try... We are 7 years into fans still making excuses for a perennial liability. Its not coincidence the best success we had was the first 7 rounds this year when he was barely playing, then struggled once AGAIN when we had to rely on him to play meaningful minutes.
Friend of the family so I threw him in there for 1 point. I was just enjoying the win having got home from the game.
I'll run it by you next week before I put my selections in for 3,2,1. Cheers

Skelton’s 227 run meters and 71 post contact meters were immense as was May and Twal in the middle. KPP defence on the edge was rock solid. KPP is our buy of the year.

Skelton dropping a fairly simple kick at a critical moment and throwing an offload which parked us 1m out is why he hasnt been getting picked.

For all his good he makes really poor errors. Whether its pressure or fatigue i dont know
Fair point. He can make an error. I just think he does far more good than bad.
